By investing in our 211 Call Center, United Way of Merced County will have real-time data regarding the needs within specific regions in our county. This data can then be utilized to dictate how United Way moves forward regarding programs and services. Additionally, the data collected can be shared freely with other organizations and government entities to assist their funding/programmatic strategies within their spheres of influence.
